1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoiceVocab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VoiceVocab is an AI-powered sales copilot that helps sales professionals prepare for, perform on, and recap technical sales calls. The service provides:

  • Knowledge ingestion from PDFs, documents, and notes you upload
  • Pre-call briefs, prospect tech discovery, and post-call recaps
  • Real-time call assistance that detects technologies mentioned on the call and surfaces short explanations
  • Team management features for paid plans

3. User Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use to access VoiceVocab and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the documents, notes, recordings, and other content you upload to VoiceVocab (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for Your Content. Do not upload material you do not have the right to share, and do not upload personal data about prospects or other individuals unless you have a lawful basis to do so.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual-property rights or contains malware
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract our AI models or underlying systems
  • Share your account credentials with people outside your team
  • Use VoiceVocab to record calls where you do not have the legal right or required consent to record
  • Use automated systems to scrape, bulk-import, or otherwise abuse the service

6. Intellectual Property

The VoiceVocab service, including its branding, software, designs, and generated templates, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the service without our written permission. Feedback you provide may be used by us freely and without obligation.

7. Subscriptions, Payment, and Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

During the beta period, plans may be offered free of charge or at a discounted rate. Pricing for paid tiers after beta will be communicated before any charges begin.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at admin@voicevocab.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

VoiceVocab is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure
  • AI-generated briefs, detections, or recaps will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular deal
  • Using VoiceVocab will result in any specific sales outcome

You are responsible for the decisions you make on a call. Treat VoiceVocab as a copilot, not a substitute for your own judgement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoiceVocab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, customers, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to VoiceVocab at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and other users. You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, Your Content may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you in-product or by email before it takes effect. Continued use of VoiceVocab after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our registered entity, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer-protection laws give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
